Last year, about this time, I decided to buy a "wild game" camera to take pictures of the animals wandering around our "Pagac's White Pines Resort" cabin near Gordon Wisconsin. I was inspired by a sale price on one particular camera at Amazon.com and ordered this one. It was selling for about half-price on that particular day.
Since it is built on cell-phone camera technology it leaves something to be desired in terms of quality. Fixed-focus lens, slow shutter speed, grainy quality to most of the pictures, and so forth. But, after all, it was designed just to let a hunter know how his salt-lick or bear-bait scheme was working. A full-frame picture looks like this:
And with a little cropping and enhancing in Photoshop, it did show off a lot of local visitors.
