Bad Ideas or Bad Location?

Sometimes, a retail location just doesn't work. That might be the case with this shop close to our apartment. Three years ago, it was open in the evenings selling this cute little car. Serious students of the auto industry might recognize it as the Chinese Chery QQ3.


The Chinese Chery? Hey, maybe the problem is the name! It had a low price and was available with financing. Two years ago, the shop was still open but we never have seen a customer inside. This year we immediately noticed a sign for "Luxury" wedding planning, gifts and flowers - but it looks like that shop has also gone out of business.


We're still hoping for a bakery.
