For the good stuff, that is, 92 octane, you will pay 1.75 Egyptian pounds per liter. That is up from 1.42 per liter two years ago. At current exchange rates today's price translates to $1.01 per gallon. Obviously, the Egyptian government provides a significant subsidy. And that is about to change.
In April, the plan is to only allow 5 liters per day at the subsidized 1.75 price and to charge market prices beyond that. This should turn out to be an interesting logistical problem!
