Whew! What a Trip!

And we are almost home.  Pulled in to Joliet, Illinois, tonight and just have a bit over 400 miles to go.  It will be sixteen days, fourteen states, one Canadian province, five state capitol buildings, three automobile museums and lord knows how many tollbooths by the time we return home.


It's too much for an old guy to do a decent blog post on what we see each day, so you will begin to see the "good stuff" show up in a couple of days after we reach home and unpack.

But the tolls!  Eight bucks from Baltimore back to Philadelphia after dinner two nights ago and over eighteen just to cross Pennsylvania yesterday.
